This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, loyalty, and work discipline on productivity members Regional Police North Kalimantan province. research used a descriptive approach causal design approach. The population in this was 3,294 police officers, sample Krejci table. analysis technique is multiple regression through SPSS 22 program. results showed that competency had positive significant members, motivation no loyalty members.
